Accurate scope

Botkeep is currently a local frontend prototype. This document separates current behaviour from production commitments so it does not claim processing or safeguards that are not active yet.

1. Rights available

  • Confirmation and access to personal data and processing information.
  • Correction of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data.
  • Deletion where the legal conditions are satisfied.
  • Restriction of processing where the GDPR provides it.
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interests and unconditional objection to direct marketing.
  • Portability of data supplied by you where processing is automated and based on consent or contract.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
  • Human intervention and the safeguards applicable to a qualifying solely automated decision.

2. Send a request

Email info@movara.it or send a certified message to mosrls@pec.cgn.it. State the right you want to exercise, the Botkeep account or feature involved and an address for the reply. Do not send a password, Discord token, GitHub token or an unnecessary identity-document copy.

Botkeep may request additional information only where reasonably necessary to confirm identity and prevent disclosure to the wrong person. Information used for verification will be minimised and protected.

3. Timing and cost

Botkeep will respond without undue delay and normally within one month. For a complex request or multiple requests, the period may be extended by up to two further months; the user will be informed of the extension and reasons within the first month.

Requests are normally free. A reasonable fee or a reasoned refusal is possible only where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly because it is repetitive, as permitted by the GDPR.

4. Local prototype data

Demo identity and workspace data are held in your own browser, not in a Botkeep account database. Sign out to remove the demo session, use Account → Reset demo to reset workspace data, or delete site data in browser settings. Botkeep cannot retrieve local-only data from your device.

5. Complaint and judicial remedy

You may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or another competent supervisory authority, and you retain any judicial remedy available under applicable law. Contacting Botkeep first is welcome but is not a condition for lodging a complaint.
