Botkeep is currently a local frontend prototype. This document separates current behaviour from production commitments so it does not claim processing or safeguards that are not active yet.

2. Botkeep and the Operator
Botkeep is a digital project and service operated by M.O. Società a Responsabilità Limitata Semplificata. “A NexNode product” describes the project’s brand relationship; it does not identify a separate legal entity. “Powered by MOVARA” is a secondary product and development attribution.
The contacts on this page are available for company, legal, privacy and service communications. The certified email is the channel for formal notices.
3. Website content and availability
Website content is maintained with reasonable care for informational and commercial purposes. Beta availability, features, limits, prices and launch dates may change subject to the Terms. Nothing on this website limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
4. Intellectual property
The Botkeep name, logo, interface, original text, software, graphics and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, trademarks, source code and software remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Third-party services and marks
Botkeep is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially recognised by Discord Inc. or GitHub, Inc. unless expressly stated. References identify compatibility or an optional integration. External destinations apply their own terms and privacy notices.
