Botkeep is currently a local frontend prototype. This document separates current behaviour from production commitments so it does not claim processing or safeguards that are not active yet.
1. Commitment
Botkeep is designed to be usable with keyboard navigation, screen readers, browser zoom and different screen sizes. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product requirement rather than a one-time claim.
2. Technical reference
The interface uses semantic landmarks, visible focus states, skip links, labelled controls, responsive layouts and minimum touch targets. WCAG 2.2 AA is the working technical reference. Botkeep does not claim formal conformance until an independent audit has tested all pages, states and assistive-technology combinations.
3. Current prototype limitations
Console output and wide technical tables use horizontal scrolling on small screens to preserve data integrity. Simulated provider controls do not open real external authentication. Dynamic status changes are visual prototypes and may require additional live-region tuning before production.
4. Feedback and alternative access
Report an accessibility barrier to info@movara.it or mosrls@pec.cgn.it. Include the page, the problem, browser or device and assistive technology where useful. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Botkeep will assess the report and provide an accessible alternative where reasonably possible.
